Re: Official World Series 2014 Thread

they actually overturned a safe call on a royals player to an out. had denkinger had that luxury in 85 he wouldn't have received all those death threats from cards fans.

Re: Bombers and Coach O'Shea

O'Shea could win it all next year in the peg. But for now his team should be easy pickings this Saturday.

Lions still mathematically alive to finish second.

Re: Calvillo suits up for neighbourhood kids

I'm just glad the team Montreal is fielding NOW looks like it has a chance versus the Riders. I hope its an awesome night for Ca...

Re: ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

You can be sick of it all you want, but the bottom line is it's for the greater good. The ALS foundation has raised $7.6M over the past 2 weeks as opposed to $1.4M over the same time period last year. The Ice Bucket Challenge is doing its job to raise awareness for ALS. Like any fad, the dumping ic...

Vancouver native James 'Scotty' Doohan passed away 9 years ago today. I'd dedicate last night's game to him. He always did hate Shatner who was born in montreal

seeing the lions on fire is better than the actual one that is blazing in bc. :roar:
