Manny should make it to the Lions Ring of Honour, but is he HoF material?

How he handled his last few years in the CFL and his exit has been classy and impressive from what I read.

There are some REC in the HOF with less than 10,000 yards and Weston Dressler comes to mind as do Brian Kelly, Tony Gabriel and Terry Evanshen if I got this right.

Jim Young played for the BC Lions from 1967 to 1979. Here are some of his notable stats:
Receiving:

Total Receptions: 522 [1]
Total Receiving Yards: 9,248 [1]
Total Receiving Touchdowns: 65 [1]

A good comparator for more recent stats with Manny A. would be SJ Green despite differences in games played:
SJ Green played 10 years with 716 catches for 10,222 yards and 60 touchdowns in 116 regular-season games [1].
Green ranks 15th all-time in CFL receiving yards.
Manny Arcenaux
The six-foot-two, 218-pound target has finished his CFL career with 645 catches for 9,277 yards, and 58 touchdowns over 164 regular season games. He also won the Tom Pate Memorial Award in 2022, which is given to a player with outstanding sportsmanship and community contributions.
