In 2005 Lions started selling tickets a month before the WF

I found this Press Release from the Lions from 2005 just after they secured a home playoff date that year; they started selling tickets to the playoff game even before knowing whether they'd finish First or Second. It happened then so it can happen again now. The word I'm hearing is the Upper Level end zones will go for $ 26

Tickets to go on sale wednesday, October 19

VANCOUVER, B.C. October 18, 2005 –BC Lions today announced the team will host a home playoff game. Tickets for the game will go on sale Wednesday, October 19.

The team has clinched a West division playoff berth. Depending on the outcome of the team’s last games of the season as well as results from the Lion’s west team opponents BC will either play in the Scotiabank West Semifinal at home on November 13 or have a bye that week and play in the Scotiabank West Championship on November 20 at home.
