Just because it is still a mathematical possibility ...
Playoff picture. We need to win 3. Riders need to lose 3.
Strangers things have happened. Faint hope? Almost not worth hoping? Better to fold our tent and steal away in the dead of night? Nah. We play it out. The guys show up. Our guys did play with pride vs the Bombers. We expect that. Lots of high character guys on the team.
Time to invoke Jim Mora? "Playoffs? You kidding me?"

almost guaranteed that Calgary beats Sask unless they rest a bunch of their starters, but sask will probably beat montreal.
I think lions might win 1 game. Wouldn't be surprised if they beat Edmonton.

It is possible the Bombers rest some of their starters as they are likely reconciled to 2nd place.

The fan base has lost confidence in the coaches and I suspect that the players have too. The smart ones will play hard knowing that next season's job is at stake and for the 27 Lion free agents it is about trying to get a raise next year.

Playoffs, what playoffs. We're talking about playoffs ? We're lucky to win another game.

For the 27 free agents, I think it's just as likely to be about getting the attention of one of the other eight teams in the league (okay, maybe seven, with apologies to Kavis Reed). Especially if you happen to wear number 2, 17, or 80.
