Fantasy Help! Moore or Williams?

Just heard that Burnham is not going to play tonight. So I have to adjust my fantasy roster. I already have Arcenaux who I think is due for a break out game. At the very least he should be worth a few TD catches. So, do I add Nick Moore or Chris Williams. Yes, Williams could get a lot of yards, but that would come at the expense of Manny (who I am betting on tonight). Moore should replace Burnham on the short and underneath routes, which should be open all night now that the Williams is going to stretch the defence.
Or would you take a Rider receiver?
