Did Levy Adcock sneak back onto the OLine?

How in the world does Zylstra get that wide open when someone back in junior varsity could tell the Eskimos would go deep in the last minute? Absolute garbage.

Let's hope so. Parker and Clarke are much more aggressive in coverage than Thompson and Purifoy.

Anthony Thompson should be cut as soon as he emerges from the shower. Absolutely brutal again and again.

Does MW not watch tape? My grandma could tell you that Reilly likes going deep right away
and Ty Long may have kicked himself off the roster

Luke and Menard at one DL spot rotation. INT at corner. Or a NAT at Safety.
We played like a poor pregame or half time speech. Muddle headed.
Even playing brain dead football, the win was there to be had. JJ10 almost stole it back. 60 yard throw running to his left. Shocking.
And we pi**ed it all away.
Does our defence under Mark W look good?
Does our OL pass protection under Dan Dorazio look good?
Not gonna sugar coat anything. Big issues all over the place. Could we shake off the cobwebs? Sure.

On the positive side (need to cheer myself up):
-JJ24 was solid and probably could have had more touches to help out the OLine;
-Marco Ianuzzi was solid and caught everything thrown his way
-Nick Moore played like I expected Manny and Burnham to play.
-I thought the run defence was pretty good aside from that one big gain by White.
Looking for the half-full glass

We screwed the pooch with poor OL play, poor pass rush, penalties and special teams too. How do you let the Schmoes get a huge run back after our first TD? How do you allow Zylstra to be that wide open? This game was a study in how to shoot yourself in the foot.
Tell me how long must a fan be strong? Ans. Always.
Definitely some growing pains in this one.
Poor kicking really cost us.
Was this Thompson's first start? I'm sure he showed better in practice than tonight.
Lots of variety in offensive play calling. We took what they gave us for the most part.
Were defensive breakdowns due to coaching or tentativeness and mistakes from guys playing their first games in new positions? Something to build on or just a mistake?
OL provided good run support. Willis showed his worth tonight for the Esks.
For all the hype about the great D linemen brought in to camp this year, I was surprised to see Turner and Roh back in their old spots. Not a lot of pressure compared to what Willis and the Esks brought.
