#22 BC Lions Signature - not flutie or kapp

Hi,
i was hoping someone could help me with the signature on this mini football. I have searched all the records i could find of a BC Lions #22 as well as harassing my husband and his friends - to no avail. I have googled images of flutie and kapp signatures - they do not match.
It was purchased at auction with a huge lot of mid-90's sports memorabilia.
