CJVI 900 Victoria

Hello -
I was wondering if anyone knew the years (or general era) in which the old CJVI 900 Victoria radio broadcast Lion games? I have a sticker ("Think Grey Cup") and was trying to determine the general date of issuance.
I was thinking that it was late 1970's or early 1980's. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
