Once again Winnipeg takes the lead heading into the 3rd period only to have former Canuck Ryan Kesler score the tying goal with two and half minutes remaining. Ducks score in overtime to take a commanding 3 game lead in the series.

Alex Burrows out for tonight's game with an undisclosed injury. Calgary leading 2-1 in the 1st period. All the goals have come on the power play.

seeing as how this years canucks are nowhere as good as the best teams of the past, no wonder they are going to lose this serious.

Doesn't help when you can only muster 3 shots in the 2nd period.

I'm not saying the Canucks suck or anything, but over the last four seasons, they have fewer post-season wins than the Maple Leafs.

Poor coaching decision by Desjardins to continue rolling 4 lines in the 3rd period.

Winnipeg eliminated from the 2015 playoffs losing to the Anaheim Ducks in 4 straight. Ryan Kesler was a beast out there. Paul Maurice in his post game comments stated that there were 8 players playing with significant injuries in the series.

Blowing a 3-0 lead is inexcusable. Willie Desjardins was outcoached in this series.

7 goals and questionable decision to dump the guy who got them to playoffs while Miller was hurt.

Much like Wally not playing the 2004 CFL MOP in the Grey Cup game.

There was a lighting of the Olympic Torch in Jack Poole Plaza and a fireworks show last night in Coal Harbour that began shortly after the game ended. According to tweets from the City of Vancouver and the Vancouver Convention Centre, it was a private event arranged by a client who had booked the nearby facility for this weekend. So it's probably just a coincidence, i.e., planned so far in advance that the Canucks' circumstances could not have been predicted. But this hasn't stopped some from speculating that it was all some sort of elaborate trolling act from Calgary. Flames from the torch, don't you see?

Surprise fireworks in Vancouver - cruel timing after Canucks loss

By Vancity Buzz Staff

Someone is trolling Canucks fans.

Moments after the final buzzer went off in tonight’s game, the explosions in the sky began at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Even the Olympic Cauldron at Jack Poole Plaza was lit.

After taking a 3-0 lead in the first period, Canucks dropped Game 6 by a score of 7-4, losing the series 4-2.

Talk about bad timing and rubbing some salt in the wound.
