ya, but that is Air Canada 8)

I won't use them if I don't have to. Lost baggage, late arrivals, grumpy staff are the norm.

I do thank them for having the sale which prompted Westjet into action.

BTW, OS99 paid exactly what we paid from Edmonton.

We got in on this sweet deal yesterday. $224pp each way from Victoria to the Hammer. :rockin: We're coming in the weekend before, grabbing a car, making some family stops in SW Ontario, rallying the troops in Ottawa, and then it's TO bound on Wednesday! Stoked already!  :roar:

Booked in with Air Canada.

4 seats. from PG.

$1536.98 using some points.

I'm happy. It's a far cry from the $4000 I was looking at earlier.

We are set to arrive in TO at 19:25! On Tuesday the 20th that is!
Now that I don't live in Quesnel do I need to change my handle??

Fair enough. I'm going on points, so I'm not gonna be too fussy about things. After all, a good chunk of my expenses are taken care of with that.

We're going on points with A/C. So once we're there any idea as to which are the best pre-game events to go to? I haven't seen anything on the events list about a Grey Cup Parade. Lots of other stuff going on though.

No Grey Cup parade this year. Toronto once again kills that annual event.

I haven't even looked much at the events for this year so couldn't give you any advice. I know I usually go to the Spirit of Edmonton at least once and I am a big fan of the Touchdown Manitoba event.

Haven't been to the Lions Den as of yet. And I guess I need to put a plug in there for the 13thman.com Meet N Greet (at least I think there will be one this year) where many of the Grey Cup goers from here and 13thman.com will attend.

Great. I can live without the parade I guess as long as the rest of the events are good. I hard the new commissioner on 1040 on Friday saying the Toronto Grey Cup would set a new standard for Grey Cup festivites. Hope he's right.
