Excellent pictures, Quesdad!
I'm glad I was finally able to see a picture of the staff ring, in this case, Dave Klassen's. Although the picture not very clear, I do not see any remarkable difference between that ring and the player's ring. It could easily pass for the player's ring.
Now all that's left is a clear picture of the two sides of the ring.
