Beau Walker will become the team’s running backs coach, while John McDonell will remain the offensive line coach. Elizondo quit after GM refused to give him permission to interview for other jobs. If Desjardins had given permission, they may have lost Elizando anyways, but likely would have had more time to prepare for his departure. To be fair Paopao joined the OTT team AFTER Elizondo quit late in the off season and on August 20th the team announced new duties:
