I didn't see a thread already created for the topic so I hope I haven't duplicated anything.

Just finished taking advantage of the latest early window to buy Grey Cup tickets and I wish I had done it the last time there was an opportunity for season ticket holders. I wasn't looking for top end tickets but I wanted to be between the end zones. Suffice to say there wasn't a whole lot available. At least not in pairs....a smattering of single seats are to be had. Plus the system prevents you from buying tickets if it leaves a single seat unoccupied between you and the next closest occupied seat. Bit of a pain but understandable I guess.

But very glad to see there will be no struggle to sell-out this year. We won tickets to Toronto last year but it still was disheartening to see tickets being practically given away. The Ottawa fans truly saved the attendance numbers at BMO. And based on the atmosphere provided by Redblacks fans at last year's Grey Cup, I think 2017 will be a blast.

Here's to hoping it's Redblacks vs. Lions :beauty:

Got mine as soon as the first window opened for ST holders of other CFL clubs. Scored an aisle seat 25 rows up around the 20.
You're as old as you've ever been and as young as you're ever going to be.

So far the Lions do not have a good historical record while playing in the Grey Cup game when it is held in Ottawa after losing the close 1988 and 2004 Grey Cups.

Yeah, kicking myself for not being quicker off the mark and buying during that first window. When I received that email stating an unexpected (at least unexpected to me) 2nd chance would be available, I resolved not to screw up again.
With that trip in the bag, next up is Operation Orange to Regina and check out the new stadium.

I also purchased my tickets when the window opened in April, knowing that (quality) seats would go fast.
