Why do you think that is? Do our Recievers not have the speed to get open, play calling or has Glenn lost strength in his arm?SammyGreene wrote:And what happens when you keep running the same short routes with DBs sitting on them. The Lions refusal to throw the ball down field is astonishing
Waste of a challenge, didn't survive landing.
Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.

The D made an outstanding play and the Glenn changes the entire game with another poor INT.

EXACTLY...the announcers are trying to play up Raymond's pick, but in reality he didn't EVEN MOVE after the snap...this is the CFL...5 to 6 receiver sets...pre snap motion...how can a short side HB have the balls NOT TO MOVE his legs after the snap of the ball...just incredible...the Lions don't understand a thing about offence...just brutal.SammyGreene wrote:And what happens when you keep running the same short routes with DBs sitting on them. That scoring drive could be the turning point of the game.

Why do half our coaches look like they coached with Vic Rapp?

What was LaRose doing on that 2nd down running play from our 7 yard line...he lined up on the LOS outside of the right end showing blitz (his legs were doing chin ups he was so nervous) and then he stands there while the play runs right up the middle to where he should have been...as a safety, if you line up in that spot inside the 10, you blitz...either that or you are out of position...how can Washington call that defensive formation? Again, BRUTAL!

Come on Arceneaux. You got to make that catch. Now Calgary have time to mount another scoring drive.

Jackson, a huge target with size running a 3 yard crossing route with under 2 minutes in the half and down 21-10...just incredible...on 2nd down, Glenn throws to our most covered receiver...and he had lots of time...Glenn is simply NOT looking outside at all...and its going to continue to cost us...

9 interceptions from Kevin Glenn so far this year. That says it all.

Too conservative play calling. Got to attack the Stamps
