IMHO, Glatt still does not possess that ability as initial contact is usually 2 or 3 yards past the LOS if the Dline doesn't get a hand on the RB...........even worse for Pottinger with his limited experience.

For that reason, it would be advantageous to bring in a true run stopping MLB to play on 1st downs.......much like when Barrin Simpson was here.
Glatt studies his opponents game film thoroughly, to the point that he is able to know if it is a running or passing play for almost every down. He is gaining more and more knowledge as he plays, but he is still a little ways away from being a true run stopper, but his passing coverage minimizes the extra couple of yards gained on where his tackle is initiated.

If you watch Pottinger on the highlight reels of the game, he is selecting the wrong gap in almost every play where a TD is scored via the run.
Entertainment value = an all time low
