"ChiP's"
The A-Team
B.J. and the Bear

I remember Tuesday nights on ABC were one of my favourites because of three continuous sitcoms:

Happy Days
Laverne & Shirley
Three's Company

Following Three's Company on Tuesday nights was first Soap, and then Taxi.

Looks like Stargate SG-1 is ending this season. I'll miss that one a lot. :bawl:

I got all of original star trek on dvd, and the first 3 seasons of stargate. Gonna get them all, as well as Voyager. Oh hell, gonna try to get all I can of all my fav shows from 50s on. Then I wont need cable any more.

Anyone know if there is a website that lists every tv show available?

Seems to me an enterprising person could open up shop to sell tv shows only someday....soon I hope.

I would buy, just off the top of my head

virginian, big valley, bonanza, gunsmoke, rifleman, original maverick
fall buy, simon & simon, magnum, airwolf (both casts)
stargate, star trek original, voyager
hunter, rockford files, mcCloud, starsky & hutch, mannix
Partfidge family (for the music mostly), my favorite martian
fugitive, original kung fu, run for your life, incredible hulk
It takes a thief (robert wagner), Switch (Eddie Albert & wagner)

Just for starters. Never need to see another new show or commercial again.

imdb.com

If you can't find it there, then it doesn't exist -- I mean, they've even catalogued Canadian TV series. Off the top of my head, for example,

Katts & Dog: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094491/

Littlest Hobo: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0078644/

King of Kensington: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0072529/

Check It Out: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088493/

Night Heat: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088582/
Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.

Wikipedia is always a good place to start.

Here is a list of past and present programs on CBC Television:

oops..I meant to say, every TV show available on DVD.

Although a list of every tv show ever made is good to have as well, because I sometimes have trouble even remembering old favorites, sigh

Pretender. for sure.
Brimstone was too short-lived.
Strange Luck was too.
Recently started getting into The Shield.
Herman's Head was a hoot.
Titus was another good sitcom.
Goes back a little more than 5 years, but WKRP is one of my all-time faves.

Last official word I heard was that despite Sci-Fi no longer carrying the show, the actual producers are shopping around for another outlet. Seems they're not quite out of stories yet. :)

Stargate Altantis is still going strong though.

Amazon.com? If it's out on DVD, they probably have it for sale.

From 1986 to 1988, there was the French Canadian series Lance et compte (He Shoots, He Scores) about the National Hockey League fictional team Le National from Quebec City, and its players. The main protagonist is Pierre Lambert, the young, handsome player drafted by Le National from the junior team the Trois-Rivieres Dragons.
