Is this in regard to yesterdays chasing of dolphins by a pod of orcas? I didn't know whales ate dolphins on a regular basis.........

orcas are porpoises, not whales, and IMO the ocean's apex predator

orcas are both whale and dolphin, not porpoise according to my casual research.

Speaking of PETA, Pamela Anderson and her entourage went to Newfoundland in December on an obvious publicity stunt, to offer the sealers a paltry million dollars to quit the hunt. Unfortunately she got upstaged as this video shows. :rotf:

Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.
