So are Air Horns allowed in for games? or do you have to sneak them in? If they aren?t allowed, if you get caught with one is it taken away?A couple of years later, I found a marine air horn at Canadian Tire and that makes enough noise for me.
How do you blow a Bullhorn?

I bought the collapseable bullhorn (the one where you can push the end in) and still not much luck; it makes some sound but others blow hard and it really resonates
Did anyone see the guy (no it wasn't me) in Sec 49 (?) Level 2 about Row P standing and blowing the bullhorn and being watched by Security? The fans around him clapped so security just left him alone but one kept an eye on him. What was the issue with him in the first place?

Maybe you and him could discuss your blowing techniques in private.
I'd love you to say it to my face because you'd only say it once...if you ever had the courage to say it at all!! Blitz, 05/24/2008

Just wondering Last year the lions released an email to a fellow lionbacker member saying air horns were allowed. does anyone know if the marine horns or sports horns are allowed? and where can you get one of these bull horns?

We had 4 jerks in the middle of the top row of Section 9 all blowing their horns THE WHOLE GAME!!! I don't mean during certain plays, I mean the WHOLE GAME. During the breaks, during the plays, when Calgary had the ball, when WE had the ball, in between plays, during the start of the half-time ceremony (until they temporarily shut up, up until the start of the 2nd half), non-stop. It was ridiculous and security did a piss-poor job in not doing anything about it until it was very late in the game, after they got in an altercation with a woman. Everybody around my area was mad at them. And they were very disrespectful to a few people in particular, including the woman I mentioned. I'm sure a lot of people in my section would've liked to have pounded on them, but I'm also sure we all prefer to keep being allowed to go see games at BC Place.

Oh, man, with a subject line like that, it's just too bad this is a 'G' rated forum!

Yeah I've asked around the concourse at B.C. Place and they say that they don't sell them anymore. It is pretty stupid blowing it every play. I only blow mine during the player intros, when the D is on the field or when we score a major.
My son bought a bullhorn in the concourse last night. Fortunately he wasn't sitting in my section but I drove him home and he was blowing it in the car. He's 29 and has a familyBalraj wrote:Yeah I've asked around the concourse at B.C. Place and they say that they don't sell them anymore. It is pretty stupid blowing it every play. You can go wrong for a buck and they work ! I bought a few to hand out in Section 38
