The Chantelle's Lounge is now a Sports Bar called the " Lions Den ", complete with Lions photos, jerseys and paraphenalia.

heading east on the #1 take the United Boulevard exit just before the Port Mann. Two rights after exiting and you will find Red Robinson theatre. Im thinking we should do our first Pubgater their on the 28th of June. Its a 3:30 start. Can everyone just get off early that day. Ill try to. Bobpinkfreud wrote:Where's the Boulevard Casino?

Isn't the Port Mann area traffic hell around that time?Ballistic Bob wrote:heading east on the #1 take the United Boulevard exit just before the Port Mann. Stay thirsty my friends.
Has anyone checked this place out in person? Sounds like an interesting place to watch a game. Last time I was in a casino my friend got lucky. Maybe it'll be my turn this season. Not sure I could make it there for the June 28th game though. I work in the Broadway & Cambie area until 4:00.

Yes. That's the place. It's not very large, but keep in mind most people are generally there for the casino until a band shows up. Even then, as a sports bar environment, they seemed to have changed their focus to attract a new group of people into the casino.
It may well work for a pub gater. I'm probably going to give it a shot.

And its very central for anyone living in the burbs and or further out in the sticks. We will have to get them involved with the Orange card. BBBlue In BC wrote:D wrote:Isn't that were we saw Powder Blues?Blue In BC wrote:The Chantelle's Lounge is now a Sports Bar called the " Lions Den.

As long as the food is decent and the beer is cold i'll go there. there are a lot of choices for the pubgater dollar! Just cause they have lions jerseys on the wall doesn't make it the default place to go for me.

Nice tv's, good food, decent beer prices will determine my destination as well.
