Norm Fieldgate Trophy
Most Outstanding Defensive Player: West Division
Awarded annually to the Outstanding Defensive Player in the Western Division. Prior to 1978, the Trophy was presented to the Western Conference Champion. The players listed from 1974 through 1977 were the Western Division nominees for the Schenley Most Outstanding Defensive Player award. In 1995 the Award was presented to the Most Outstanding Defensive Player in the Northern Division.
