According to Farhan L Lions look to be making a change at receivers coach too. Whether Marcel B has been fired or going to another team not known at this time:

I'm expecting #BCLions to round out their coaching staff by adding Marcus Howell as receivers coach & passing game coordinator. Had a very good relationship with new OC Jarious Jackson in Sask. @CFLonTSN @cfl @CFL_News #Riders @TSN1040

No he was not. Farhan L later said he made a mistake and he was not fired and the Lions only announced 3 coaches fired and he was not among them.

Marcel is still listed on the Lions site as their receivers coach, so no change or announcement has happened concerning his future yet.
