OJ got parole today and will be out of prison by October. Word out of Regina is that Chris Jones has already contacted OJ's agent.

Hamilton lead the whole game but couldn't hold on as Mike Reilly engineered the winning touchdown with 23 seconds left in the game to win 31-28. Edmonton is still undefeated and Hamilton remained winless.
Esks win , but Ticats put quite a beating on Reilly . 3 sacks for Ted Laurent against the EE OL, puts things into perspective when comparing to our game last week . Justin Sorenson beat badly by Laurant for a pretty hard hit on Reilly .
I thought Cody Husband should have been the West Division all-star centre last year ahead of Sorensen. Husband is a powerful run and pass blocker. Perhaps this will be his year.

Was a time when some sports reporters were mentioning Doug Flutie in the same phrase as Zach Collaros. Not so much anymore.
And now we hear that Collaros and Austin are not on the same page.
This fan would not be surprised to see Kent Austin ride off into the sunset at some point in 2017.

Ted Laurent is still a beast, and he is only 29.

As long as the crowds keeping coming to Tim Horton's Field I think Austin will make it to the end of the season. 5 or 6 wins in the east practically guarantees a playoff spot in the east, 8 wins and you could host the EDF. So there is less pressure on the Ticats owner to dump their coach/GM mid season. But when you combine this train wreck with last season, I won't be surprised if Austin if canned at season end.

One of the bright spots for the Ti-Cats has been the play of Davon Coleman at defenaive tackle. He put the huge hit on Jennings last week and delivered another big on on Reilly last night just as he released the ball. They checked Mike out on the sidelines and fortunately he was okay but double teams better start coming Coleman's way.
