NHL schedule is out. Lions have 2 conflicts but the 1st is partial.
Oct 7: Lions host Ottawa at 4:00. Canucks host Oilers in season opener at 7:00. This sports fan sees a double-header in his future. In the meantime Lions fans get first dibs on parking in the area.
Nov 4: Lions host Argos in season finale at 7:00 while Canucks drop puck next door at the same time versus Sidney Crosby and Cup champ Penguins.
No conflicts other than that including in the playoffs.
Only 1-1/4 conflicts with Canucks this year.

wonder if they and TSN will move the Argos game to 4pm and EDM/SSK to 1pm.
doubt it will happen (but makes sense to do it)
given the massive amount of half price canucks tickets out there ... pulling a double header makes sense.

With McDavid in the house for one game and Sid in the house for the other tickets will be scarce. My buddy who attends Lions games with me just happens to have a pair of Canuck STs he shares with his business partners. Only trouble with that might be that Nugent-Hopkins is the nephew of one of the partners.
