JChap should have recognized that 1st down pass play. Inside slot receiver stays in to block while the QB rolls to that side for an intermediate depth pass.

To be fair, we went penalty free in the first half, so we have to use them all in the second half. That's how that works, right?

How great was the score on first and 20, we never get back to the goal line after a penalty like that.

I have to admit, 2-3 seasons ago I questioned Manny Arceneaux's passion for the game. He didn't stretch out for balls, seemed disinterested and I thought maybe it was time to move on considering his salary.

Boy has he made me eat crow. I don't know what changed but he is in true beast mode now. He makes tough catches and his last play on that drive shows the passion he is bringing to the field each game. An absolute pleasure to watch!!

JJ24 has excellent awareness. He's not big or flashy, he just knows where to run. I think its no accident he scored so many TDs last year.
