Not ratings, just comments ... Unless someone else wants to rate them.
BC Is the record a fair reading of the team's strength? Could be.
Cal Is Dave D the second coming of John Hufnagel? Not yet, if ever.
Edm Lots of points allowed. Maas is a newbie HC, with some growing pains to go.
Sas Can't count Jones out.
Peg Could not bring myself to abbreviate it as Win. O'Shea have the makings of a HC? Dunno about that.
...........
Ott Gotta dig deep with Burris and Harris dinged up.
Ham Can't count Austin out as of yet, if ever.
Tor The East looks challenging with three good teams. Ray dinged. Milanovich needs to come up with a Collaros or Harris.
Mon As a HC, Popp is Poop. No miracles from Calvillo as OC.
Team Standings 20160726, Ratings? Not so much ...

BC has defeated Calgary and Hamilton and Saskatchewan.
Calgary has defeated Winnipeg x 2, Tied Ottawa and Lost to BC..... yet are ahead on TSN's power rankings....?
Edmonton has a great offence and a suspect defence at the DL and Defensive backfield....
Winnipeg is better than their record shows.... but O'Shea is not the man to coach that franchise....
Saskatchewan?... Way too many intangibles. A good QB when he is healthy. a very offensive, offensive line. This team is not Gellin'...... the receivers have potential though.
in the East:
Ottawa is the team to beat
Toronto will get on a roll if they don't lose Ray for a lengthy period.
Hamilton is not as good as they think they are.. but that will change when Collaro's returns.
Montreal? Popp is not a head coach..... no unity on that club right now.
