I imagine Roh will show well at DE this season; his natural position.Qman wrote:does this mean wally had terrible class of QBs at his tryout camps this year
Hopefully he fines something at DE, given his inactivity at that position in CFL FA, maybe he likes way he saw

Lets hope so, we haven't had a decent pass rush since Keron Williams.squishy35 wrote: I imagine Roh will show well at DE this season; his natural position.

You're as old as you've ever been and as young as you're ever going to be.

Assuming he gets to play his natural position. Remember it was Buono who "suggested" Roh play defensive tackle for the first 6 games last season.squishy35 wrote:I imagine Roh will show well at DE this season; his natural position.Qman wrote:does this mean wally had terrible class of QBs at his tryout camps this year

They still have Brett Smith and somebody by name of B.J. Coleman from Chattanooga. Coleman turns 28 in September. He's big at 6'3" 231#. He was drafted by the Packers in 2012 and was released at the end of the 2013 training camp. Since then his only football activity was about half the 2015 season in the Arena League. He quit part way through the season to take a job outside of football. He saw a some action in the 2 preseasons he was with the Pack. His numbers weren't very good. 7 for 18 for 77 yds in 2012 and 12 for 27 for 120 yds in 2013. One of the receivers they signed, Armanti Edwards was starting QB with Appalachian State through his college career. He was drafted by Carolina in 2010. After 2 years bouncing are the Panthers PR for 2 years they converted him to receiver before releasing him in October 2013. He had cups of coffee with Cleveland and Chicago since then finally being released by the Bears in August 2014. He'd been out of football since then. Don't know if the Riders have thoughts about him as a QB or signed him strictly as a receiver. He's listed on their roster as a receiver.DanoT wrote:With Price no longer a Rider, who are back ups in Regina?

With Coleman at 6'3" 231# it seems like Jones doesn't sign guys under 6', or less than 200#, regardless of position.
