So unless they win, and win cups determines whether or not you're a fan? 4 years of disappointment? Good thing you're not a Canucks fan!
Most succinct summary of this game I can offer is, the 14-4 team played like a 14-4 team.... and the 7-11 team played like a 7-11 team.
Only question to ponder now is which 14-4 team in next week's WF will play like a 14-4 team?

Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.

Jock Climie was right: Stamps just has to show up to win.
This says it all.... That second quarter was a killer... after the Rianey drop, we seemed to never get close to the goal line... Now for the off-season decision-making.sj-roc wrote:Most succinct summary of this game I can offer is, the 14-4 team played like a 14-4 team.... and the 7-11 team played like a 7-11 team.
