So you want to be a CFL official

Some good ones there. I've got a question of my own that I'd already brought up since the latest rule changes were implemented, but it didn't seem to draw any discussion at the time:
Team A punts to Team B, one of whose players takes possession with an offside Team A player within 5 yards of him during his initial contact with the ball. As play continues, an official throws a flag to indicate a No Yards penalty against said Team A player. Said Team B player subsequently returns the ball to Team A's goal area for a legal touchdown. The No Yards penalty will be applied without option on the ensuing kickoff: True or False.

Sports can be a peculiar thing. When partaking in fiction, like a book or movie, we adopt a "Willing Suspension of Disbelief" for enjoyment's sake. There's a similar force at work in sports: "Willing Suspension of Rationality". If you doubt this, listen to any conversation between rival team fans. You even see it among fans of the same team. Fans argue over who's the better QB or goalie, and selectively cite stats that support their views while ignoring those that don't.
