I certainly hope he does well.
Guys like Mike and Kavis Reed should have been given mentoring and coaching from others who've been around the game and know how to lead.
They bring in the sports psychologists but they need someone who understands athletes, leadership, developing a team culture and and the game.
If Mike learned what he told LU, he learned nothing and he didn't move on.
