Jim,

Great show. May I suggest an enhancement? It's a snappy intro and lots of great topics but instead of just "launching" into the show, 'tease' the viewer with some headings or graphics. Let the us know what we're about to see; what's coming up in this episode. I think this would really promote viewer engagement.

We did that in years two and three, David. I'm glad you brought it up, as we'll think of incorporating it again.
