Booked mine on Saturday. The Argos had kiosks set up in Molson Canada House. Hotel was booked 4 months ago.

Did you get any special deals on early booking?

You talking for the tickets or hotel. Best part of the deposit deal was getting to book on Saturday. Oh and they gave out a small cloth type shopping bag which proved to be handy over the rest of the weekend. As for the hotel I just found the one I stayed at for GC 2007, One King West, was taking reservations on their website and the rate of $179 was reasonable for a property in the heart of downtown Hogtown.

Consider the current offer to book deposits is really for slotting in after Argo season ticket holders get their crack at renewing and to procure extra seats and before they go on sale to the general public. This could easily equate to 20000+ already being sold.
