Seattle doesn't deserve to move on when you spot a team a 31 point lead.

Interesting article on former Pittsburgh Steeler Randle El and the effects of his playing football. Only 36 years old.

Saw a bit of the Denver vs. New England game. Denver defence very aggressive, laid some big hits on Tom Brady. It was a pleasure watching an aggressive attacking defence. If only the Lions..............

In all likelihood, Denver Broncos vs. Carolina Panthers.

Unlike the Broncos with their narrow win, the Panthers are winning big time heading in the fourth quarter.

-----------
It's all in the past now as both teams have been eliminated. But here's a compilation on what happened after Blair Walsh's missed field goal that allowed the Seahawks to win.

It looks like the most common expression is: Oh my God! *expletive* You gotta be kidding me!

no more than anyone elses, in both leagues. I suppose they need to do this kind of stuff to keep themselves psyched up.

No. He's the best player in the league. He's entitled to enjoy himself. He helps the league shed some of its no-fun image.

Good consolation award for Russell Wilson for winning Offensive 2015 Pro Bowl MVP as part of Team Irwin by throwing three touchdowns in the first half. And consolations and congratulations to Seahawk teammate Michael Bennett who won Defensive MVP.

Image

Prior to this the only time a Seahawk won Pro Bowl MVP was Warren Moon who it in the 1997 Pro Bowl during his two year stint in Seattle. But unlike Wilson, Moon is hardly remembered as a Seattle Seahawk. And it looks like those in Hawaii have calmed down big time compared to ~25 years ago when fans would start storming the field and had to be restrained by players in Aloha Stadium when the game was coming to an end.

Johnny Manziel released. Cleveland has had enough. Wouldn't surprise me if Jim Popp is interested.

At the age of 27 Percy Harvin has decided to retire.

It looks like in the years to come, the best memory of him will be a good one that's worth watching again for a different vantage point.
