The REAl question is;
If the Canucks make the playoffs, can we get 55,000 people into GM Place, have a rally downtown, hang up noise banners and be louder than the Montreal and Seattle fans?
Do they make the playoffs?

No, wait till they actually win something, like the cup, or a series, or even so much as one post season game.
Come to think of it, the REAl question is:
Which legit contender will canuck fans be cheering for in the playoffs.
Every day that passes is one you can't get back
While they definitely won't finish at #1 or #2 in the Western Conference, they still have a shot at #3 by virtue of winning the extremely close Northwest Division. I'd say they have as much chance as the four other teams in the NW division given how close the five teams stand right now.

The Canucks probably will miss the playoffs unless they trade for some goal scorers.

You can't get into the playoffs on .500 hockey. You need more than 84 points to make it in this day and age.
