Be able to catch this one, I think losing Mitchell in the short term is not as devestating as it may have been if it happened later in the season.

If there was any credence to Boyd being part of the R Ray trade, they could have just traded him instead of releasing him. It could have been announced as future considerations or whatever. Releasing him didn't automatically mean he'd end up in Edmonton or even the CFL so I doubt it was part of the...

And he lands in..Edmonton, essentially Ray for Boyd+Jyles

Which would be a much better trade, of course it wasn't a trade but it did work out that way.

Thing with Travis is he is yr #2 as a full time, all season starter, defenses will have adjusted to his game.

To me, he's been doing fine leading the offense but could be sharper.

From my pov, thought we ground out a good win, ST was an issue and the Ref's..well..they can do better imo

Think Tim Brown also needs to do better, otherwise a nice road win heading into the bye.

Perhaps, they added Barnes, and Ray, which will help them especially when it is coupled with a West that looks a bit weak heading into the season.

Riders and Stamps and Esks look weaker then they did at this time last yr imo.
