Too sad that it missed North Vancouver's Sonny Homer so tragically before this occurred. It is always a good thing to honour your past - I know from going to the Winnipeg - BC game last year in the 'peg that they certainly. Like they all said "once a Bomber, always a Bomber". That is one t...

Very sad news. I like the way you capture the action shots. As much as I appreciate any and all photos of games, training etc there are some that are head and shoulders over most and Photog's were all of that and more!

Where's the petition to Bobby Ackles?

Thanks for posting that Yank... nice thought. I had the pleasure of seeing a lot of Sonny around North Vancouver as a young person - some many years ago - as he dated a friend of mines sister from just up the street from me on east 13th and he used to drop by the pool hall at 15th and Lonsdale where...

Lionut - do they pay you to do that research as in this part of your professional work? Intelligence gathering. Maybe you should spend some of that time reading my filings on ICBC. You would have had to do some serious checking to find that post from that dealt with bringing down the government need...

MacNews -

Would you care to share with us what health system you are advocating as better than Canada? Please name a few and educate us ignorant welfare bums.

What would you eliminate to change Canada from a "northern welfare state"?

Ok, so I got it sort of wrong Macnews. I stand corrected. I think it's really great that someone so young is so certain and sure of his beliefs and views on something as important as our country and it's leaders. I know that many other Canadians of all political views and backgrounds struggle with t...

Actually Canada is notorious for knocking those who are successful and trying to keep them down ... LFITQ - you are right on that sadly. I participate in a ...

There were sure a lot of far off predictions from the actual numbers. I find it distressing that people even after an election are still calling people crooks for something as inconsequential as owning a successful business that has its head office and many personnel in Montreal while registering sh...

Right now, I'd pick Ryan Thelwell but that is a tough thing to do with Ben Cahoon in the mix. It is hard to not pick a player from the team you support but this guy keeps getting better and better. For me, Jason Clermont is a top receiver but for some games he hasn't had the tosses his way. I know a...

ok.. so Winnipeg can't give BC much in return for a top QB - very true unless it was Charles Roberts, Gavin Walls and/or Milt Stegall (would he move or then retire). The team with the top O line is Saskatchewan. How would Makowsky look in BC colours? The challenge for Winnipeg is getting the coach a...

Not ready to make a call yet, but do agree with Wally Buono who said the winner will be the team with the hot QB on the day. He also didn't see any back ups in which is interesting in the Esks case. Not too surprising with the Als as they haven't given Ted White that much time this season.

[ I think what John Henry's hinting at is that we should fire Warren, Keep DD as QB and sign CP as Running Back! Just Kidding! OK.. Now there is a plan. Put Casey Printers at RB and bring back that old halfback option stuff!!! Blitz could be scheming that as we sleep tonight!!! Maybe CP could...

This is a tough call that has a lot of factors for the club to consider. I will be happy either way.
