Re: NHL Skills??

the Breakaway Challenge or wahtever it's called was OK They should use ECHL goalies for that event if they do it again and tell them to stay in the net. Nabokov was out at the top of the circles trying to poke check one of the players skating in - how are they supposed to do anything with him right...

Re: NHL Skills??

The one thing I hated - the lights were off in the building. It was terrible, you couldn't see anything. I found there were too many events as someone else said - and the Breakaway Challenge or wahtever it's called was OK, but the celebrities should've shutup. Best part? Young Guns game hands down.

Re: Official NBA Thread

Watched the Celts game...Allen stunk until midway through the 3rd, Pierce was off and Garnett was out. I'm surprised they came within three. Honestly, if this team is missing one of the big three they are terrible.

Re: Baseball tix - anyone with NYC or Boston connections?

Ticket Exchange is the safest bet, but I've had nothing but good tickets with Stubhub. Just make sure you order them early enough. They have a ticket guarantee, so if the tickets are fake, a representative will come down from their office in that city or whatever (I don't know specifically) and they...

Re: Brady's Boys Beaten?

New York lost by two points to them in the Season Finale, and with MUCH more on the line, and a whole country on New York's side (except if you live in New England), they'll come out on top.

Bye bye Brady.

Why are you singling me out? There's a lot of others, such as Rammer and TheLionKing who have more posts than me. I'd say LK posts at a higher rate than I do. Well, as I tried to explain in the other thread, I feel more excitement if my city's team does well as opposed to my country's team. As such...

In the MLB, should game 1 of the 1996 ALCS series be replayed from the bottom of the 8th inning because a kid helped out with Derek Jeter's alleged home run? And should game 6 of the 1985 World Series be replayed from the bottom of the ninth inning with St. Louis leading Kansas City because Jorge O...

Back-and-forth all game, and after the Raps had a four-point lead with seconds left, Jamario Moon fouled Brandon Roy who made the three-pointer he was shooting, and the foul shot..tie game! First OT, Roy made a HUGE three-pointer off-balance to tie it agai...

Yeah, most were released in September or October, no real reason why the CFL should have to wait, except the BOG has to vote on it or at least look at it...

In 2006, it was released in mid-January. I think that it was late January for arguments sake, but you are right that there was one early one and then 07 was suppose to be as well, but got hung up with some teams (TO) not liking their play dates, or waiting for the Jays schedule....or such. Luckily,...
