Yeah. I'd hate to be one of the guys he played with - and be considered chicken poop. Not the most mature reaction on earth on his part. On the other hand, he had a point, and the guy who did the cutting didn't exactly have a good answer for him, did he? And the thought that they'd rather keep Tyler...

It was a mistake and Wally admitted that it was! However, with the quarterback situation as it is I guess he was more hopeful than realistic! I guess, with Buck injured and Jarious not having played the game he did against Montreal...Wally took the gamble and it didn't pay off but the circumstances...

13thman NFL Fantasy Football

Hello, Going to try and throw together, at the last minute, of course, an NFL fantasy football league for those of you who have at least a passing interest in the game. This will not be a live draft league. You will set your player preferences, and ideally an automated draft will run overnight Wedne...

Besides, compitition is what puts pressure to keep prices low hence more pressure to keep costs low. Ever heard of black market plane parts which are prevalent in the states? Actually, I miss CP Air There are some US airlines I flat out don't trust to fly. Can you tell how much I love flying? Pleas...

I loved Berry's reaction when Pikula shanked that kick out of bounds. What a bonehead. He deserved to lose this one. Lemme see.... You have a kicker who you are regularly chewing out on national TV. You have a kicker who's confidence is a little shaken. You have a kicker you don't have much faith i...

Boy oh boy, amazing what a big win does! Everyone was peeing all over the Lions' offensive coordinators a short while ago, claiming Kruck was in over his head, the two headed monster didn't work, blah blah blah. We go win a big one over the Als, and all of a sudden Kruck got WAY smarter. :lol...

He was on the PR for most of his time in Jacksonville, so any other team could have scooped him up if they were so inclined. Jacksonville may have been the only team interested. He has certainly done well to climb from undrafted, to PR, to second string, to starter. Not too many cash that ticket in...

I see Brett Romberg finally looks to have landed a full-time job in the NFL. I saw a blurb this morning indicating he will be the starting center for the Rams. And that was a long time coming. Why he spent so many years in Jacksonville I'll never know. Certainly Toronto and Hamilton would be the fi...

I don't know that he cuts quite as well as Philpot or Drummond. But he's more agile than the Diesel, to me. Somewhere between the two.

Either way, I'm not complaining. He's a terrific runner, good blocker, and seems like an all around level headed guy.

It could have been called either way. Ball maybe should have gone to the Als. That's ok, they made up for it later with a bogus PI call on Glover. Incidentally, was I the only one that got a laugh out of reading Jim Popp's lips after the refs didn't overturn the fumble? Wonder why they didn't play t...

As a point of emphasis if you could sir. (Or anyone, for that matter). Jim Popp's quote from the CP game summary said: "They Chop Blocked the heck out of us. We warned the officials, but we had to stop them and we didn't." I'm emphasizing Chop Blocks, because Chop Blocks are illegal. Cut B...

Can you see Casey Printers running a West Coast Offense? I can't.

Cromartie, I think the fans don't want CP so much as they miss the Steve Burratto air show of 2004, you know the single game completion-percentage record against Hamilton? I know I miss those days. I mean don't get me wrong I love winning but the deep ball is just so entertaining! Burratto, now the...

Just who was Phillips taunting ( on the Lions bench) during his 95 td- ramble on the pick? I know there's some competition amongst the guys but I was a little surprised at the time. It was a nice pick, but this game had lots of big moments. I had to admit when Simmons dropped the quicksix early I w...

I think many of us in this city focus so much on the negative that it erases all positives. They did it with Bure, who seems wiped off the Canucks history in the eyes of fans, and we are doing it with Printers. (not that they are comparable) Earlier in Printers' time here he was a great team player...
