Great work Blitz ... scan read parts ....... will read in detail later
The Kruck Dorazio version is already showing good results with running game. I love having Joe Smith pound the ball and Ian Smart be more of the outside guy.

Blog by WCJ from the BC - Esks game from the archive on TSN
Wanted to check out the game in the TSN archive ... ran this blog as I watched. It is neat to be able to run the play over when you want. Quarter 1 Ray moves em down the field for a FG. Great return by Smart. Super catch by Paris Jackson. DD overthrows Geroy ... Paris has his man beat deep also. BC ...

Re: Games and archives on TSN Broadband
Has anyone tried the free broadcasts or archived games yet. I watched the Edmonton B.C. game. For free its OK. Any thoughts on the quality of the video. Thnx BB I am just trying it now that I have seen the posts here about it. Ricky Ray is looking so good in the first quarter. I still say he is the...

only offence not too complicated for Burris is ...I'll roll out right and you guys try to get open and even then he'd be whining about something. How about the Bill Cosby offense from his youth playing in the street? Johnny, you be the piece of glass, as I draw the play here in the dirt. Danny, you...

Re: Practice Report 2007 07 09
Murphy not at practice, at home attending to some family business. Amariah Farrow stepping in for him at practice. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Murph was just given the extra day off by Wally to rest his bumps and bruises. I recall one play when he'd lost his helmet, he came off field o...

Re: Gettting Ready For The Riders!
It's an early battle for first place as our Leos travel to Regina to play the Saskatchewan Roughriders on Friday night. Good synopsis. The Leos are ready to play anyone. It seems that until last year the Riders would outplay us on the O Line and the D Line. Fat and sassy Schultz and Nate Davis woul...

When you look at Wally, Dorzio, Roach, and Ritchie our Leos team has so much experience in the CFL coaching ranks. Kruck and Benevedes are no rookies either and Baresi has been an offensive coordinator. Yep. If Wally does retire within 5 years, a good guess I would think, it would be kind of cool i...

Practice Report 2007 07 09
Practice Report 2007 07 09 Beautiful day at practice, next door to Skid Road, in Surrey. The artificial turf field adjacent to the Lions facility looks great behind its locked gates. Does anyone ever get to use it? But with the North Shore mountains in the background, a cool breeze, and a team with ...

Well my first reaction to the Green Riders pounding the flashy, cocky Stamps is surprise. The Stamps got a lot of publicity and hype in the media about how good they would be this year. But on second thought, it has always seemed to me that Eric Tillman knows what he is doing. Kent Austin looks like...

Re: Imports?
And why is it better to have Canadians in specific positions? The Lions roster strength at receiver (unmatched Canadian talent and depth with Clermont, P Jackson, Anderson, Nicholson and Boden), and with Brent Johnson and Javy Glatt playing at all-star level as Canadians on defense it gives the Lio...

Re: Imports?
And why is it better to have Canadians in specific positions? Thanks and forgive my ignorance. There is a huge pool of talented American players that can be brought to your team. The supply of Canadian players is way smaller. Over the years Canadian players have specialized at certain positions whe...

Re: Imports?
I know this is probably a really stupid question, but I have never understood the Import vs. Canadian thing for CFL rosters before. Could somebody explain to me how it works exactly? Do you have a cap on how many imports you can have, if so, how many? And why is it better to have Canadians in speci...

Yes, my vote is definately in the lets not write off the Eskimos just yet camp. I have never like the Eskimos but I do respect them. It is nice for me personally to see them struggle the way my Lions have struggled at various times in the past. It is finally their turn to have some stumbles, snatch...
