Re: Montreal vs. B.C. July 9, 2023
Cut the TV sound and synched up the Moj and Caravatta. man are they childish. Moj continues to demonstrate how little he knows about football. Back in the Jim Cox days me, my brother and buddies would camp near Chehalis and listen to the away games (had seasons at Empire so didn’t miss those) and i...

Adam’s doesn’t seem to go through his progressions…. Looks like he locks in on primary.

Re: Farhan: Lions on verge of acquiring Vernon Adams
Infrequent poster, frequent lurker here. I like this move, a lot. I do wonder however if VA can adapt to the Lions scheme or does the team adjust to his skill-set? Either way, he can move the ball and he’s never had an opportunity in the league with this level of talent around him. Also curious abou...

I ran track with Pankratz at SFU. We were about the same size, 5'11", 180.

Re: 2020 CFL draft
Watched the highlight package, which is always a bit difficult because it's "highlights" and doesn't show game management and all the subtleties that go into determining a rounded qb, but he sure does look like Lulay. Maybe a little stronger armed, faster version. Looks like a great pick b...

Re: BC Lions Free Agents Signings & Signings around the CFL
Is QB Grant Kraemer coming back? He showed promise in pre-season. I see he's listed on the current roster, but I'm never sure how accurate it is.

Re: Who Will be Fired First
I voted for Hervey. Worked for a company that changed CEO’s. New guy came from the outside. We started to make bad personnel decisions, bad balance sheet decisions, bad operating decisions and the culture changed almost overnight from a collegial collaborative one to a nasty back stabbing one. We di...

So, if he twists his hat a 1/4" turn to the left, they're winning?

Re: BC Lions vs. Edmonton July 11, 2019 - Game Day Thread
This team is built around a larger than life QB. When he consistently gets pummelled all game long, then its easy to predict the result.

Re: Coaching or Lack of it?
I love this forum, am a peruser of many Canucks forums, and am always impressed how collegial, level headed and extremely well informed this forum is compared to most hockey forums. I learn a lot about the game here and don't comment too often unless I think I have something to offer, which is rare....

Re: No love left for Willie Fleming among CFL fans?
Willie Fleming lived on Saunders Rd in Richmond during his playing days. I lived nearby...all the kids knew where he lived so we'd ride by on our bikes hoping to catch a glimpse of the man. I did once, and clearly remember him standing at the front door talking with someone. This was probably '64, m...
